Machined parts and custom machines, from one shop

Our work comes in two halves: machining precision parts from prototype to production, and building custom machinery from the first drawing to the crate. Welding, wiring, repair and reverse engineering support both, so your whole project stays under one roof.

CNC milling and turning

Thirteen CNC vertical mills and CNC lathes with live tooling, for a single prototype or a full production run. Our new seven-machine turning cell has open capacity now, for parts up to 28″ in diameter and 38″ long.

Made for industries where tolerances matter

Medical device makers, pharmaceutical and food plants, aerospace and defense programs and energy producers send us their drawings. So do the U.S. Army, Navy and Coast Guard.

The standards behind every part we ship

Certified quality and security systems, certified welders and inspectors, and the room and lifting capacity for very large work. Here is what stands behind a quote from Astro.

Quality

ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified, registered by TÜV SÜD. Coordinate measuring machines and portable probes check parts against your drawing before they leave.
